Company Profile: Corné Van Garderen installed his first Green roof on top of his dad's garage when he was a young boy. His determination grew into a 120 acre a year green roof business all throughout Europe, and surrounding countries.

Sempervirens BV in Zeist (the Netherlands) was established in 1996. By now we have developed into the largest supplier of vegetation blankets for roofs, roof terraces, embankments, roundabouts, surface covering and sound barrier walls. We also produce instant ground cover mats, grass tiles and livingwall systems. With a team of twenty-five full-time employees, we supply the green and sustainable products of our own cultivation to all of Europe, as well as North America. The latter we supply from our branch in the United States. A branch in Stevensburg Virginia where we started with 16 acres of outdoor production, and 1 acre of fully automated indoor production.
